  • Can't stop smiling

    I've only listened to a few podcasts so far, but these two are real and entertaining. I like the intros to the actual topic. They're like getting the hot rocks on your back for 15 minutes before the small Asian lady comes in and gives you the deep tissue massage that might even make you cry. Sometimes advice about our health is a hard "pill" to swallow, but these two ease you right into a happy place before making the recommendation to a better you. Good Stuff, keep it coming.
