The instructor kept speaking over the bowls. It was incredibly distracting.

This podcast is titled Sleep and Sleepiness. The title is totally misleading. I'm having a bout of insomnia. Based on the title I was hoping it would help me get to sleep. I was wrong. The introduction portion of the podcast is annoying. The podcast has noting to do with sleep or sleepiness. I am very disappointed.
I love the fact that this podcast just does what it simply sets out to do without selling you a product or a personality or a set of believes that have nothing to do with meditation but more to do with a particular business model. I find this podcast to be tremendously relaxing, helpful and a real therapeutic guide to learning to meditation. more
