This is a brilliant podcast. I’ve lost both my parents and two brothers and I’ve only just realised how to grieve. Thank you so much Jason for being so open and honest about your experience
Jason addresses the issue of mental health & wellbeing with his own unique sense of humour. He’s never afraid to expose his own feelings which makes this one of the most genuine podcasts I listen to. Been a fan for many years but I have a new found admiration for this man.
Sorry to hear about your Dad passing away. I lost my Mum a year ago on Tuesday and I identify with so much of what you said. Take care mate and thanks for the brilliant ep.
