Really good to hear how others manage.
No, of course you shouldn't get a dog now in these uncertain times! You might get a full time job next month. Will you leave the dog on its own for more than 8 hours a day when you go back to work, or will you sell it? Anyone who thinks it's a good idea is an idiot. You shouldn't even mention it to give the idea to other idiots.
I am trying hard to be a good person more
I adore this podcast! The interviews are candid and real, full of personality and the humour which keeps them uplifting. I think it's something that would be highly relateable and accessible to anyone, with or without a mental health disorder, as it highlights many varying topics and differing perspectives. I just feeled buoyed up, calmer, and generally a little more enlightened after listening to any of the episodes...thank you for creating them! :)
I’m from across the pond and I just finished my second episode, Looking After You Loved Ones. Wonderful advice to be proactive and establish an emergency kit. Thanks! By the way, I also enjoy listening to the delightful British accents.
