To the point. Interesting. Fun. Captures some key elements very quickly.
I had the pleasure of meeting David at PodCamp Boston, and his podcast and videocast may be the best medicine you can get for your business or organization. Take the time to watch and listen, but give thought to his topics after each episode, then apply them. The results will be more than worthwhile!
The video format is not suitabled for ipod video. It takes long to download and it froze my ipod. Nevertheless, David Maister is a great motivator and speaker. He makes very insightful points of view on how to manage a business.
