  • A refreshing and empowering message for parents

As a soon to be first time mum I was overwhelmed with all the information online. My head was spinning with sleep training schedules and my baby hadn’t even arrived yet! When I came across Mama Matters, Fiona’s message instantly resonated with me. When my bub arrived, I relaxed knowing that it wasn’t wrong to follow my instincts and that whatever works for my family and keeps my bub happy and healthy is the right approach to take. more

  • Feels like coming home after a long day

I’ve followed Fiona on Instagram since my baby was tiny and her content has always resonated with me. After hearing her speak more in depth in the podcast, I feel an even more overwhelming pull to tune into my own maternal instincts and throw away all the unhelpful expectations around motherhood. Her content really does make you feel like you can finally exhale after holding your breath for way too long!

  • My kind of tribe

After being an avid fan of Fiona’s instagram, I was BEYOND excited when I found out she was releasing a podcast. I finally have the courage to follow my Mama Bear instincts and shut out all the white noise that comes with motherhood- especially infant sleep. TEN stars!

  • This IS the parenting podcast you’re looking for

Fi at Mamamatters, and now the mamachatters podcast, is the content that gave me the confidence to just dive in and own my imperfect parenthood. I was feeling pressure from every direction to do things a certain way, especially around sleep- but Fiona has engaging and informative tools to support you in finding your groove. Plus, she’s always here to remind you to have a laugh at the times when you don’t get it right. The mamachatters podcast continues that ethos, laughing at the mixups whilst h... more
