Great podcast, I just love it! Très intéressant, les cas discutés sont d’actualité et entendus de l’intérieur. Vraiment, j’adore!
Not a high level pod.
I’ve been listening to this podcast’s reports on E Holmes trial from the UK, and it seems like they’ve been following a different trial. It might be me, British perspective or whatever, vagueness about US legal process, but I just can’t quite square Ethan’s comments on the trial with what I hear from other pods and read in reports. V interested to find out how this all pans out anyway. 🍿 more
As a criminal attorney listening to Ethan try to explain criminal law concepts makes me cringe. For example, he tried to put a percentage on beyond a reasonable doubt. First year criminal law training and/or USSC rulings on this should have knocked this idea right out of his head. Recommended for non-lawyers only.
That pretty much sums it up…
