I enjoyed this series so much, I love how it introduces us to the subcultures of Singapore!
There aren’t many great podcasts that shed light on the arts scene in Asia so this is a great find! If you live the arts and crafts scene and you love Singapore, this is a must listen!
I’ve just listened to the episode about the Singapore Sling - what a great history lesson but also a look at re-imagining for the present-day consumers. I’m amused at the reason for its creation and I can’t wait to get back to Singapore and try the re-imagined Sling at Raffles!
Well researched podcast, interesting topics
Information on what’s hot in culture arts among many other other things going on in Singapore. Don’t take it from me just Listen and subscribe.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but after listening to a few episodes in the series I really think that this show would be better served with better pacing. Now don’t get me wrong, the audio quality is fantastic, the topics are interesting, and the guests are great, but listening to this feels like you’re rushing from segment to segment, and I can barely even keep up with what’s being said.
