I love this podcast and it has truly helped me in my intuitive eating journey. I was recently diagnosed with adhd. and i learned that food is my favorite source of dopamine. I have gotten better but I still struggle with being obsessed with the “feeling” of food. I can be physically full but my brain craves that good feeling food gives me. It’s not that i’m trying to fill a sad void, I just genuinely love eating. food is comfort to me and nothing makes me happier. I love cooking, trying new food... more
