本集蓉兒老師專訪實習老師子緣，聊聊在景美女中兩個月的教學現場。紀錄一位剛起步的老師，如何在學校裡學會與他者共振。
實習老師夾在備課、行政與陪伴學生等等挑戰之間，初來乍到，真的會感受到龐大的情緒勞動。
但子緣不改初心真誠叩問：如何在理想與現實之間，找到屬於自己的「自在彎折」？

最近開始狂聽蓉兒老師們暢談。一方面，老師們對於108課綱之於教學現場的思考理路十分有啟發；另一方面，佩蓉老師的說話方式和聲音會令我想起高中國文老師，懷念起她上的國文課（大概也是中學六年教育中所上過最好的國文課）。沒想到，回溯往集聽到佩蓉老師分享實習經歷時，意外發現高中國文老師竟然就是和佩蓉老師一起編校刊的夥伴！！！這真的太巧了！很興奮地在此留言，也很期待蓉兒老師們邀請鈺玟老師暢談國文和教學現場。

琬蓉的「唉！NG了」超可愛
這集真的是面試精華，其實連求職或是其他活動面試都很適用，因為面試真的是呈現個人表達力最重要、最直接的場合，所以其實說到底面試能力真的是一生都在準備，平常就必須養成多元思維、邏輯論述的能力。
對於面試書審要看熟這點超有感，這學期參與一個活動徵選的面試，進去之後才發現面試官在我身後直接用大螢幕投影出我的書審內容，當我在面試的時候，面試官會直接將我的口試內容對照我的書審，所以雖然書審可能需要適度隱惡揚善，但絕對不可以說謊啊，不然可能就會在面試的時候露餡了😨

我很好奇站在教授的角度寫書審會不會正是造成大多數同學書審有類似內容的原因（當然也有可能是因為我們對於教授喜歡的學生有刻板印象），我之前在製作研究所書審時，要描述自己大學時期最大的學習，我其實非常想寫「學會放棄」，因為要一個一直堅持努力不懈的人學會放棄、面對自己的不完美，其實真的是需要學習的，但正因為自己站在研究所教授的角度思考，我擔心教授不要一個「會放棄」的研究生，所以就只敢以正向光明的口吻寫書審了，如果不用考慮教授的話，我真的很想這樣寫寫看XD
