Being in a generational business himself, Jamie has a unique insight into other generational companies and what drives their leaders to keep the torch lit as they discuss inheriting a business and their plans to pass it down (or not) in the future.
I love different business perspective that Jamie and his guests bring to the table. I especially enjoyed the episode with Doug Grey. Having been a part of a family business this conversation had great insight and stories. It’s nice to know what you are experiencing is ‘normal’ and you are not alone in the journey.
