I had no idea that I could use left-over black bean stock for soups, or that I could make my own yogurt for a fraction of the price, or that I could easily remove tons of salt from my diet by using my kitchen appliance. These were all just from the crockpot recipe! Highly recommend this series. The hosts are fun, personable and they make frugality COOL.
