Great well-produced show! It’s hard to watch the news today without getting discouraged. Somehow Tony can deliver this news with a positive hopeful outlook and direct the listener how to be engaged. Always with a biblical point of view.
Very insightful to what is going on in Washington regarding religous liberty. This is info you will not find in regular media outlets.
Tony Perkins training as a marine served him well, albeit, he's invested his talent in a tragic waste of an organization called FRC. It's an amazing spin machine he's built up to try and spin so-called right-wing values. Fun to listen to sometimes because it's so nutty. Ah, the audacity of Tony's hypocrisy and moral mis-leadership is breathtaking.
As an educated voter who listens to many podcasts from both sides of the aisle - and also prefers to get news from an assortment of top print sources - I never ceased to be amazed by individuals who are shocked that they don't agree with a program they know doesn't represent their political ideology. I don't go to NPR or Fox News or the Economist to stroke my ego - I go there to educate myself on all aspects of an issue. Give it a try.
I am not sure why conservative programs are so insistant on using rock and roll music in their intro, commercial break, and exit music. If I my new and social standards are conservative then wha wouldn't my music be as equally conservative? Are their not enough classical music compisitions that we have to resort to offensive music. "No one is ever offended by a higher standard"
