I’ve never been a fan of podcasts. This one however, has completely changed my outlook. I am not from a military background but have struggled with depression in many different times of my life. What you guys are doing is awesome and something that I think is needed right now. The world we live in now is crazy and mental illness is a huge growing issue. I’m glad there’s people like you trying to help and make a difference.
