    Please PLEASE never have Elizabeth on again. Her constant interruptions were terribly distracting and frankly extremely painful. You do not need to “dumb it down” for your audience!!!

    Seed oils are absolutely destroying our health. The single most important intervention you can do for your health is to cut out seed/vegetable oils entirely. I’ve gone several months now with little to no seed oils in my diet, and I’ve radically improved my health.
