This podcast is exactly what I’ve been looking for. As the more popular actual plays get further from their roots with grandiose production and trained actors, this group is the closest thing I’ve found to a home game (with the downtime edited out). No trained voice actors here, and that’s not a negative. This is the podcast I would and will recommend to new RPG players as a realistic representation of what an actual RPG table is like.
So informative and fun!
Love that there’s such a balance between learning the rules and compelling storytelling. Look forward to this every week!
This podcast is excellent. Fast paced D& D podcast that keeps you intrigued with the hosts. Literally makes you feel as if you’d sitting at the table with them. Looking forward to more episodes in the future. Excellent audio!
I've always struggled to find an actual play podcast I can listen to and as someone who's tried a bunch of different podcasts, this is one of the few that I actually enjoy. It's a great listen, the crew has great chemistry and the story is entertaining. Highly recommend!
