  • Excellent episode! Regarding solar & wind power development, are there any extra incentives on the way to encourage development on NON-prime lands? For example, south facing slopes, somewhat rocky soils, and/or areas classified as having invasive tree growth, etc.?

    Just listened to this last episode of signal to noise. Don’t appreciate audio being sped up so much. Nobody talks that fast. I have not noticed that in previous episodes.
