I am in a dad band (closer to a grand dad band) myself. Nice to hear we aren’t the only ones who need to practice odd timing on fills in songs or who have minor interior arguments on how and what to play. Being a little older, I missed the whole lure of rap so your conversations on that topic miss me completely. One production comment is to fix your mic levels! I have been listening compulsively to these fellas despite being allergic to certain aspects of their delivery. The strength of the show is the easy rapport between these amigos. I feel like I have a Gen-X (Boomer?) posse when I put this on and wash dishes, and I like the way they dust off classic records and have thoughtful, diverging opinions.
