Medical aid in dying is a vitally important and often misunderstood topic. I recommend this to anyone who is contemplating end of life options--for themselves or per their loved ones' wishes. Having watched my dear sister suffer a slow, excruciating death of metastatic breast cancer at 52, I am a firm advocate for medical aid in dying.
