I’m loving this podcast. When you feel like you may have ADHD as I do it’s really helpful to hear about the process and more importantly the emotions that come up as a result of it. I really enjoy Sam’s style and the conversations are fabulous too. I especially enjoyed her conversation with Charlotte Mather. She really demonstrates how we just assume this is how everyone’s brain works which really resonated with me
Wow - massive lightbulb moment here. You have described my whole working life. I’m interested in understanding how to balance this out. Diet, alcohol etc I understand. I’m 55 and coming to a realisation late in life I believe I have ADHD. I find RSD crippling and without doubt has prevented me from progressing in my career let alone my life. It’s great to have found you. Love your candour.
