I love how Bo interviews the guests with insightful questions. There is always a delightful banter that reveals a very gracious presence.
What I really enjoy is how tensions are brought out for us to look examine. As leaders it’s often tempting to try to resolve the tensions that we feel. The great tensions in life aren’t so much meant to be resolved but held, appreciated and present to. It’s this place of tension where we experience life and energy to be who God made us to be.
