I listen to a lot of pod cast and a lot of the ones you named! One thing I noticed it sounded like you were reading from a paper at some points, but I also enjoyed that your pod cast was an organized pod cast (not random rambling!) Each of your topics was intriguing and I found myself wanting to hear a little more on each topic. I think 45mins is a good length so maybe less topics next time and more in-depth on each? Congrats on starting you own pod cast!
