I just listened the the Carl Paoli podcast which was honestly life changing and extremely useful content he shared. So, thank you so much for having him as a guest speaker. Whenever he was speaking though, it was really hard to not be distracted by the irregular shallow breathing pattern clearly heard in the host’s mic.
I hope for this mans sake he gets into some sort of life recovery and is willing to be 100% honest with himself. Once he fixes his own character defects he can hopefully move forward.
This guy is a 100% liar. He cheated on crossfit, and his Chiropractic License was revoked by State of Cali. His story about how he did the videos and how he cheated is laughable. The interview did a masterful job of pointing out if you do it in one area of your life you do it in another area of his life - which turned out to be 100% true.
