I really enjoyed this podcast about how to get started with Cold Plunging. I’m going to try it! I would love to hear you talk about your diet. What does your typical day consist of eating?
James is an Instagram personal trainer. He’s full of advice on how you should be living your life. There are a ton of these sorts of podcasts, and most of them cover the same fitness bro type stuff. I subscribed some time ago out of curiosity, and for a good while, it wasn’t bad. Some decent insight, good reminders, and an affable tone. None of it got too deep. I’ve just discovered this podcast and am really enjoying it. Very easy to listen to, relate to and it’s helping me identify areas to focus on. One question, when will there be more episodes?!
Really enjoying this podcast! (Listening from start, up to episode 11) more
