我是有痛會往肚子裡吞的人，傷心難過會自己躲起來療傷。當看到其他人（尤其是我自己的兒子）為了一點「小事」哭泣，或是無法自己處理時，我有時也會覺得很難去同理⋯內心大概是有一種「委屈」或「嫉妒」，覺得自己小時候受傷時沒有得到關愛，為何他人卻可以？
很喜歡這集描述的「內心三國志」！我自己目前有在上正向教養課，也學了一些薩提爾，教養時常常會聽到頭腦好多「聲音」在拉扯著我～因此那段栩栩如生描繪著內心拉拔戰讓我整個人噗呲笑了出來～真的很需要這類型的「氣炸」故事分享，讓我們能學習並「選擇」好好生氣！
