Awesome podcast that gives you food for thought. I feel like I got more out of this podcast than I'm getting now out of therapy sessions (yes I know, it shouldn't be like that and I should look for a new therapist) Anyway, I'm sad it's over, but thankful it exists.
I love your podcast
This is a good podcast. Would recommend to my anxious friends!!!!
Love your bookS
This podcast has encouraged me to seek out therapy after having bad experiences with it in the past. I realized through this podcast that I just wasn’t with the right therapist for me and now I’m on my journey to get help for my anxiety and depression. I am sooo excited for season 2!
I don’t have anxiety. I decided to listen to this because I love their reels on Instagram. And it has been so worth it. With each episode, I learn something new that helps me understand myself more or be more empathetic towards others. This has helped me be better at relationships with friends and family. Highly recommend for everyone!
Amazing. I love everything about it. You can tell it is coming from The heart because it gets to the heart. Thank you guys.
Yes! Hank you for talking about Anxiety in a honest real life way. Can’t wait for the next episode.
