I love to listen to this podcast! The last one I heard talked about covering bad dreams and thoughts with hymns and songs. I do this and it is so helpful in changing my thoughts. I also have memorized verses that I can quickly say that can that refocus my thoughts. And I think saying them out loud is even better
Dr. Mohler provides an extremely well done podcast analyzing pressing news headlines in a way that helps Christians think about our role in both proclaiming the gospel and preserving a decaying culture. He's the current best at this in my opinion. Most true committed Christians will generally appreciate his work. Fake Christians and worldly people likely won't.
