On this episode, I go through some verbal processing about goals, failure, and reframing failure. These seem to be recurring themes for me this year, so why not keep processing it? I hope this is helpful for anyone who listens, too! more
Im restarting the 3-Wins-per-Day challenge -- but with an addition! more
One of the "lovely" traits of ADHD is that we tend to be good at being consistently inconsistent. (In this case, Ill speak for myself.) We have our ups and downs, life can be predictably unpredictable, and getting stuck in a slump seems to be one of ... more

I love MJ’s sense of humor and authenticity in this podcast. As a Mexican American woman with ADHD I can relate to the challenges of talking about these issues with family (even though it seems clear I inherited this gift from Dad). Very relatable. Thanks for offering a new perspective.
MJ’s openness and perspective is helpful to those of us who have struggled to find our place and worth as people who aren’t the stereotypical ADHDer and don’t want to feel broken.
Content was good but way too many little sound effect cute noises. A few is fine but not after virtually every sentence spoken. I’ll definitely subscribe if these are reduced.
Loved the open, honest way that MJ shared her story and the unique twists in its delivery. Anxious for more.
This podcast addresses ADHD from a unique and much-needed angle. There *are* different challenges with having ADHD as a minority, and exploring that adds so much to the conversation on ADHD in general. So important to have a community to learn and get inspiration from. Love MJ’s honesty in sharing her personal story and that she has so much fun with this podcast (listen for it ;)). Can’t wait to hear more!
