After tuning in to several episodes, I discovered that the podcast shares stories that deeply resonated with me on a personal level or reminded me of people in my life who have faced similar situations. I want to give a special acknowledgment to you for bravely sharing your vulnerabilities in your early episodes.
I just got done listening to the episode When Life Gives You Lemons - A Conversation of Empathy & Resilience with Shari Bookstaff.
I found it interesting how Shari explained after she got her tumor removed, she understood that she had a unique gift to be empathic with others and wanted to share that gift with many.
I liked how she focuses on what she can change and what she can do such as enjoying going on boats when she's at the beach.
Those two experiences demonstrate resilience for sure!
