Poorly executed propaganda, by someone that came in and destroyed Intermountain’s business model while decimating employee attrition and morale. I am not sure if I am happier that this podcast has ended, or that his employment at Intermountain has come to a screeching halt. His new gig at General Catalyst should scare us all - they claim to be “a distinctively socially responsible venture capital company” - meaning ESG scores.

Actions speak louder than words. Ask the employees how they feel about him. More are truthful now that he is stepping down as CEO and leaving intermountain healthcare. Thank god. Many years to rebuild what was broken by this man.

Listening to thought leaders from various industries and seeing how their mission aligns with Intermountain’s mission is eye opening and keeps me hopeful. It keeps me grounded and allows me to see the bigger picture. There is so much good trouble happening right now. Thanks for the weekly reminder.

Marc does a great job identifying very insightful guests and organizing excellent discussions. They get right into the main points and keep it to a very digestible ~30 mins. We definitely need more focus on actual health and wellness as opposed to the “sick care” system we have in the U.S. today. I also love having the chance to get a view into Marc’s authentic leadership through these podcast discussions.

Dr. Harrison does a fantastic job as the interviewer and brings on very interesting guests that are great to listen to. I would highly recommend to everyone, although you might think this is just focused on healthcare, it stretches way beyond that -into all aspects of healthy living and what it takes to lead productive lives. Love it!!
